Thank you for coming to visit us here at this site.
To live your dharma simply means to live from your heart, and to express your authentic self. To live in alignment with source, through being who you are, and creating that which you most want in your life.
Living this way, naturally unfolding our chosen path, is directly linked to our own human experience of joy..
We all want to be healthy, joyful and whole. We all want to lead satisfying, fulfilled lives and yet many of us experience difficulties with our health, our finances, our relationships and our work situations.
The speed and complexity of the world at large can often feel overwhelming. Perhaps we have a vague feeling of dissatisfaction, or perhaps we suffer from more acute feelings of stress, anxiety or depression. We would like to be able to make positive changes in ourselves, in our lives, and in our world.
But how do we do it? How do we help ourselves? To live in alignment with who we really are, and to create and enjoy the things that our heart is most longing for?
The tried and tested tools and practices offered here are designed to support you on this journey.
They will support you step by step, to heal on a deep level. To connect your body, heart and mind and support you in being more creative, joyful, intuitive and heart-directed in all that you do.
This is something that we don't have to do on our own, (although of course you can if you want). Though what we have found is that when we work co-creatively, and support and encourage each other, it makes the journey much more fun, alive and real. We realise that we are not alone in our attempts to live more connected, joyful and authentic lives, and we can do this together.
